KERRY IS PERSONAL.
Kerry’s journey started through personal experience when our founder’s aging parents faced a series of health problems that turned his family into caregivers. Coordinating daily tasks and commercial services among family, friends and others using email, phone calls, SMS and spreadsheets was stressful and error-prone, resulting in far too many cases of miscommunication, frustration and at least on one occasion, an emergency visit to the hospital.
Informal caregivers are the backbone of the care and support system for the elderly and infirmed worldwide and yet caregivers have no tools to coordinate care for their loved ones or easily access community and service providers
Millions of families all over the world struggle to provide care for their loved ones every day with no tools and little support!
HOW KERRY WORKS.
Each provider or organization designates the task types they wish to support as well as service parameters (location, timing, cost, etc.). Private organizations (e.g., Church Groups) can prioritize and/or restrict task requests to exclusively their members Marketplace providers can restrict certain task requests exclusively to their existing customers Individual service providers and community group members can use the Kerry app to be notified when a task is available or assigned for them to complete

Care tasks are defined by type, location, duration and other parameters

Kerry will match each task, prioritizing immediate care team, to available Community and Marketplace providers
Each task to evaluated based on provider availability, proximity, cost, etc.
Kerry tracks the progress of each task, providing reminders and escalating alerts as needed
